![]() In fact, he said I could not remove the plastic cup of ice because they were afraid of violating the city's liquor laws that don't allow drinks in the parking lot. Of course, they DO rely on the City of Madison to provide them with Water and Sewer and they DO need a liquor license from the City of Madison, so really not that sovereign after all, I guess. Then I had to listen to the head of security (at least at the time) tell me that they are a sovereign nation and can do anything they want. I also told him that I believed it was law in the City of Madison that an establishment like theirs needed to provide patrons with drinking water (or allow carry-ins) and bathroom facilities. I said in that case I'd like my 25 cent refunded. Later, when I was walking out I was stopped because they said the glass of ice could not leave the building. Imagine charging for a glass of ice, at a CASINO. ![]() Really, are we pigs or human? Apparently the management here thinks the later. I found out by listening to others complaining about it that you "could" buy a glass of ice from the bartender for 25 Cents and fill your glass in the bathroom "for free". There is no common sense or decency left in this operation.
